Asiabookie — Platform Terms & Conditions of Use
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing use of the asiabookie platform by users in Malaysia. Please read it carefully before registering or using any of our services. Effective date: 1 January 2026.

Acceptance of Terms & User Eligibility
By registering an account or using any part of the asiabookie platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to comply with all terms and conditions set out in this document, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.
Use of this platform is restricted to individuals aged 18 years of age and above only. By using this platform, you confirm that you have reached the minimum age required under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. asiabookie reserves the right to request proof of age at any time and may suspend an account until verification is received.
Users who register from regions or jurisdictions where online betting is prohibited are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of this platform complies with their local laws. asiabookie bears no liability for any breach of local law committed by users.
Account Registration & Security
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) account active on the asiabookie platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual — whether using different personal details, devices, or IP addresses — are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension or closure of all associated accounts.
During registration, you are required to provide truthful, accurate, and up-to-date information, including your full name, date of birth, phone number, and active email address. False or incomplete information may result in account closure and forfeiture of any balance held in the account.
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. asiabookie will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or phone. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
Users agree to use the asiabookie platform for lawful and personal purposes only. The following are prohibited:
- Using any software, bots, automated scripts, or other technical means to unauthorisedly access or manipulate the platform.
- Abusing bonuses, promotions, or special offers in a manner that violates the separately stated promotional terms.
- Sharing or transferring account balances to another user without prior written consent from asiabookie.
- Using the platform for money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful activity.
- Posting or transmitting content that is obscene, offensive, defamatory, or that infringes the rights of any third party through any communication channel within the platform.
Violating any of the above rules may result in immediate action, including account suspension or closure, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, legal proceedings.
Deposits, Withdrawals & MYR Transactions
All financial transactions on the asiabookie platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Deposits and withdrawals are processed via approved local payment methods, including FPX bank transfers, e-wallets, and other methods available at the relevant time.
Users are responsible for ensuring that the account holder name on the bank account used for transactions matches the name registered on their asiabookie account. Name mismatches may result in rejected transactions or processing delays. Identity verification (KYC) may be required before your first withdrawal is processed.
Asiabookie reserves the right to place a hold on withdrawals suspected of being linked to fraudulent activity pending the outcome of an investigation. Any fees charged by banks or third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility. Processing times for approved withdrawals are as stated on the user's account page and may vary depending on the payment method and prevailing conditions.

Asiabookie provides this platform on an "as is" basis and makes no warranties regarding continuous availability, accuracy of information, or fitness for any particular purpose. asiabookie shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including betting losses, service interruptions, or data loss.
Intellectual Property
All content on the asiabookie platform — including logos, brand names, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the intellectual property of asiabookie or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright law. Users may not copy, redistribute, modify, or exploit any such content without prior written consent.

Account Closure, Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
Account Suspension & Closure
Asiabookie reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account at any time without prior notice if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, system abuse, or unlawful activity. Users may request to close their own account by contacting customer support. Any legitimate balance in the account will be settled in accordance with standard procedures once the review is complete.
Changes to These Terms
Asiabookie reserves the right to update, modify, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to registered users via email or in-platform notifications. Continued use of the platform after such changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. Users are advised to review this page periodically.
Applicable Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and interpreted in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising in connection with the use of the asiabookie platform shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation between both parties before any formal legal action is taken.
